JEOPARDY!
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Greenie, welcome back to a couple of squares. Boy, are we in for a doozy. This is one of my favorite crews we got running. How we doing, Greeny. Great, ready for it. Excited. Been waiting all summer for this. This is why we play the game. So we play the game. We got a little uh we did this once before, correct? We got a little Jeopardy. Little Jeopardy night. Little Jeopardy night. We got Shindle's playing as well. Shindle, how are we doing?
SPEAKER_03Happy Friday, fellas. Always always a fun episode. I look forward to it.
SPEAKER_04Happy Friday. And your host, your hostess with the most is Chuck Diesel Clark.
SPEAKER_02I'm glad to be here. Glad to be back. I believe this will be the best Jeopardy yet. Whoa, what a claim. What a claimer. Based on last year's thing, I did tweak some things. A I didn't put there's no there's no favorites in terms of categories. Like last year there was W and Awake Forest. There's none of that. No, I like that. I like that. And I tried to make the questions, not the especially the the not easier, but like just a little bit more gettable questions in there. I still think there's some doozies in there, but I think there's more gettable questions in this year's version.
SPEAKER_04We want some embarrassingly wrong answers. So there's no yeah. I uh I just sat here and got everyone right. That wouldn't be that funny. No. I meant to request the category and I should have done it. Uh the uh who picked that for group chat parlay? Like who who had I would have to the archive under 22 and a half on a six and one week or something like that. That would have been good. Anything up the top here, Phillips, or we just want to dive right in. It's banana ball season. I don't think there's anything else to talk about.
SPEAKER_03Oh actually, Chuck, do you care to comment on uh the Pennsylvania State University?
SPEAKER_04Ooh, it's been snowing this month up in Happy Valley, a rare August snowstorm.
SPEAKER_02Uh no, like I don't care. I don't care what's in the flesh. I don't I have I have no care what fledges and frats are doing up there. That's their bit, you know.
SPEAKER_03Did you see that kit's name?
SPEAKER_04It was the most called Spade of Spade.
SPEAKER_03Pablo Pledge Scobar is unable to be no no the kid the kid's actual name, who is the head of the ship.
SPEAKER_02Oh, it's the most Italian name.
SPEAKER_03Agostino Apatiello.
SPEAKER_02It was the most unpronounceable Italian name I've ever seen. Unbelievable. I was like, yeah, I'm good on that. Um unbelievable. There were two kids from Maryland involved in the in there in the misdemeanor charters. They're not any of the ringleaders or anything, but it just goes to show you how dumb kids can be and just be like, I you know, just following orders, like, yeah, I guess it's okay if we just put all this cocaine in these bags, it's fine. It's like nothing went through your head, nothing went through and went like, you know, I think this might be a bad idea, guys. I don't know about you, but this might be uh because like I even the driving around that part, it's like, okay, I know the frat culture, it's like, hey, you're to get a signature or whatever today, I'm uh having you drop a backpack off at a kid's house. You know what I mean? Like, sure, whatever.
SPEAKER_04And Chuck, that's why you weren't TAUS like the rest of us.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. They said they said like the logistics and the way it was set up was like all through Snapchat, which is hilarious.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's also classic college kid mentality. I'm running this operation through Snapchat, so must be official. Alrighty. If we're double.
SPEAKER_04Take it away.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty, welcome to this year's version of Jeopardy. Here is our first round. We have the N as categories, the NFL draft, walk-off wins, American NBA white guys, the Heisman Trophy, Championship Games, and Sports Jeopardy, that category making a return, all real questions from the Jeopardy show that were about sports. Um, if I remember correctly, Nolan, did you win last time we were here? I had no idea.
SPEAKER_03It was definitely not me. I can confirm it was not me.
SPEAKER_02I believe it was Nolan who won. So, Nolan, you control the board. Where do you want to go? Wow, what an honor.
SPEAKER_04What a pleasure. Let's start with uh American NBA White Guys for 800, please, Chuck.
SPEAKER_02We were we were always starting there for 800. This guard from LSU only played 10 years in the NBA, but is considered one of the greatest shooters of his generation and still holds the NCAA men's division one record for points scored, averaging 44.2 points per game. Nolan, you were the first to raise your hand. Chuck, who is uh pistol Pete Maravich. That is correct.
SPEAKER_04I got a question. Through through one question, I get a question. Okay. Are we raising our hand when the screen pops up or when Chuck's done reading it?
SPEAKER_03When he's done reading.
SPEAKER_04Hand up. That's on okay. I just want to check. I just want to check because I can click it and then I can listen to Chuck read the question and think about the answer while my hand is raised. I forgot for how the rules work there. I thought I was uh if I raised my hand, I I thought I could have stopped them to get it in. But the hand up, that's on me. Yes, I also think that's fine with either. I just want to get on the same page here.
SPEAKER_02The reason I read I think reading out the question and doing it then is the best is because exactly. This is a podcast format. Nobody's listening. So let's do it like that. But Nolan, the the board is yours.
SPEAKER_04I'll uh I'll take uh American NBA white guys for a thousand, please. Check.
SPEAKER_02Go into a thousand. This player drafted out of Florida in 1998, played for four teams, including the Sacramento Kings and Memphis Grizzlies, until retiring in 2011. He made the all-rookie team in 1999 and was an NBA champion with the Miami Heat in 2006.
SPEAKER_04Who is uh Jason White Chocolate Williams?
SPEAKER_02Hold on. I gotta pull, I got pulling up my uh my answer board so that I make sure I have the answers actually on hand. Because I made uh I made this quite a few months ago, so I I not all the answers are on hand.
SPEAKER_04Um is that's correct.
SPEAKER_03Wait, so the what's the verdict? Is it is oh it is no you uh end of end of the read, I believe. End of the read, okay. Yeah, because I waited.
SPEAKER_04I have it as well.
SPEAKER_02Yes, you are correct, Tom. It is Jason White Chocolate Williams.
SPEAKER_04Do all these does this whole category of nicknames? I sure do hope so. Um who is Larry French Hick from French Lick Bird? Hey, give it away category.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Tom, the board is yours.
SPEAKER_04I'll keep running down the line. Let's go, American NBA White Guys, 600.
SPEAKER_02This player was taken 16th overall in the 1984 draft by the Utah Jazz and played all 19 seasons with that team.
SPEAKER_04Nolan. Chuck, who is Jonathan Stockton?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. I don't know. Did he have a nickname? Is that a dumb question? I don't think he did, as far as I know. The accountant.
SPEAKER_03Probably unbelievable.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. Nolan, the board is yours. We'll go American NBA for 400, please. Check. Alright, this player had some words for fellow uh white man. Oh crap. Alrighty. For those at home, I just messed up and accidentally clicked on something. I'm trying to memorize the answer to that question. I know. I've I actually had no idea.
SPEAKER_04That's like the hardest question. That was unbelievable.
SPEAKER_02For the podcast audience at home, the question was this player had some words for fellow NBA white player JJ Reddick after he said that player played uh had was playing against a bunch of plumbers. That would be point guard Bob Cousy.
SPEAKER_04That was a that was a first take mad dog Russo argument, if I do remember.
unknownReally?
SPEAKER_02I believe so. I believe it was yes, mad dog had brought it uh like talked about Bob Kuzi and then JJ Reddick had responded with that. Yes. But Nolan, the board's still yours.
SPEAKER_04John Stocked his nickname. Stock. Nice word.
SPEAKER_02Uh American NBA White Guys for 200, please. This Lakers Great is the MB inspiration behind the NBA logo. Tom. Who is Jerry West? That is correct. Alrighty.
SPEAKER_04Zeke from Kabban Creek.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty, Tom, the board is yours. Where do you want to go? The American NBA White Guys category is finished.
SPEAKER_04Let's go. NFL Draft for 200.
SPEAKER_02This venue was the traditional home of the NFL Draft until 2014.
SPEAKER_03Shindle. Where is Radio City Music Hall?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. 200. Shindle is on the board. Shindle, yours again. Alrighty. Most recent first overall pick to be uh oh god damn it.
SPEAKER_04That was just a competition to see who raised their hand first.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Alright. I the problem is this zoom window is getting like stuck and I'm trying to move it, and then like when I go to move it, it like clicks on the answer instead. So hold on. Let me see if I can.
SPEAKER_04First overall pick from 1998 from the Tennessee Volunteers.
SPEAKER_02Who is Peyton Man?
SPEAKER_04Peyton big ass forehead manning.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_03Shindle, the board is still yours. Sure. Uh let's hit the gas. Let's go NFL draft for a thousand. Alrighty.
SPEAKER_02Whoa. Fifteen schools have had both a number one pick in the NBA and NFL drafts. Name the most recent joining school to achieve this, joining in 2020. Good question, Shock. Good question, Chuck.
SPEAKER_04Good trivia. Good trivia.
SPEAKER_03This is a thousand-point question.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_032020. 2020.
SPEAKER_02And it doesn't remember, and just to just so you're thinking, it doesn't say which of those drafts happened in 2020. Which we know what I mean brought it in.
SPEAKER_04Have they ever had a fuck was 2020 draft?
SPEAKER_03That wasn't even like early or I guess this is like yeah, this is early COVID.
SPEAKER_04Who with the 20?
SPEAKER_02Who even was the 2020 NFL deck? Could be NFL or MBA. Could that have brought that? I think I don't know.
SPEAKER_04I think I know the associations in 21. I don't know if I know them in 2020. So this is one school that had the first overall pick in an NBA and NFL in the same year, and it was in 2020. No, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_02Just ever.
SPEAKER_04Like the NFL, like, for example, if Baker Mayfield was 2020 and that was the Oklahoma's first in the NFL, then but they already had an NBA, that would trigger this answer to be true. So this would be the second of the two. Yes.
SPEAKER_01I don't I got no idea.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's a great question, Chuck. Great trivia. So we're all giving up then? Going on.
SPEAKER_04I don't want to keep thinking, but for those for the sake of this, let's just I was thinking Cade Cunningham to be Oklahoma State, but I thought he was 21 in draft. Yeah, went James Wiseman, but I don't think Memphis ever had it.
SPEAKER_02So the answer is the University of Georgia, Anthony Edwards was the 2020 number one overall pick. Really? Obviously, Matthew Stafford had been a number one overall pick. And I believe uh Herschel Walker may have been a number one overall. There, there was probably another Georgia football wall.
SPEAKER_04Why was James Wiseman in the same draft as Anthony Edwards?
SPEAKER_02James Wiseman was the second pick. And I believe to Ant, and because that's Tyrese Halliburton's draft, I believe, as well.
SPEAKER_04That's tough. I had uh I had to hear good good trivia, Chuck. Good trivia, Chuck. Uh PCA leadoff home run against the M's, if anybody was wondering. I can't believe we're not watching them on Amball. We got a guy coming out on the road.
SPEAKER_02Whoa. Yeah. Big big game. Saw he was raking in double A.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Well, we traded one and then we brought up one, so now we have too many again. What happened in the outfield the other day? I don't want to talk about it. Shindel season. It's football season. Yeah, I was curious if anyone's gonna address the outfit. Hard knocks is on, hard knocks is great. Shindle, the board is yours.
SPEAKER_03Okay, Mr. Diesel. Let's do uh NFL draft for six.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. Daily double. So Shindle, you have 200 points, but because this is a daily double, you can risk up to a thousand. Shindle is the only person who can attempt to answer this question.
SPEAKER_03Guess what? We're pushing our chips in the middle, Chuck.
SPEAKER_02Alright.
SPEAKER_04Wow, wow. Does he lose a thousand even though he doesn't have it?
SPEAKER_02So he goes, he would go to minus 800. Yes. 800. You could be in the negatives until Final Jeopardy. I live in the negatives, Chuck. Alrighty, here is your question. The most recent non-quarterback taken first overall was Trayvon Walker in what years draft.
SPEAKER_03God damn it, Chuck.
unknownOh man.
SPEAKER_03Draven Walker. Georgia, correct?
SPEAKER_04Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yep. Go Dogs. Go Dogs.
SPEAKER_02Chuck. Do we get a chance to steal if he's wrong or no? No, no. Daily doubt. Yep. I am gonna be the next one.
SPEAKER_03Between two years. I'm gonna go uh 2023.
SPEAKER_02Unfortunately, the answer is 2022.
SPEAKER_04All right, Shindle, you are down to 22 or 23, Jesse.
SPEAKER_02I didn't uh Shindle, you're at negative 800, but the board is still yours. Guess what? We're getting back to the square. NFL draft for 800. Alrighty. With 99 selections, this Big Ten school has the most first round selections in NFL history.
SPEAKER_04Nobody pulling the trigger.
SPEAKER_03When you're already in the hole that much 800. Uh Chuck. Yes.
SPEAKER_04Who is the Ohio State University?
SPEAKER_02That is correct.
SPEAKER_04I mean it was between two. I I had to raise my hand second to try and probably elimination. Chuck, I would like to do uh well, another Tater, 3-0 cubs. Tom, can you lower your hand really quick?
SPEAKER_02Oh, you're good. Alex Break.
SPEAKER_04Chuck, I'll take a Heisman trophy for a thousand plays.
SPEAKER_02Sure can. This Heisman winner from TCU in 1938 is the shortest ever winner at five feet five inches and has an award named after him, honoring the best player at the same position he played. It is the oldest trophy of its kind in college football.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_01Good question. Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_02Uh Nolan. Chuck, who is Doke Walker? That is incorrect. So that's minus a thousand from Nolan. I cannot believe he pulled the trigger on that.
SPEAKER_04Well, I figured it will.
SPEAKER_02It ain't Herschel Walker. Nope. Tom Schindle, would you like to take a guess? It ain't Freddie Bullet in the Koff either.
SPEAKER_04I was down there. Alright, any? Whatever. I forget what the quarterback one was.
SPEAKER_03I will pass.
SPEAKER_04If it's Lou Garza, it would be sick.
SPEAKER_02Alright. Nolan, you should. I wish you had remembered the quarterback one. It is Davey O'Brien. That's the Davy O'Brien. Davy O'Brien.
SPEAKER_05Damn.
SPEAKER_02Good trivia. Davy O'Brien goes to the best quarterback, and I believe Johnny Unitis goes to the best senior quarterback, if I remember correctly.
SPEAKER_04Clap it up. Clap it up. Good trivia. Good trivia. Clap it up. Uh I'll go Heisman for eight, please, Chuck.
SPEAKER_02Heisman for eight. There have been three winners to go undrafted. The most recent being this Oklahoma player who won the Heisman in 2003. Oh fuck.
SPEAKER_032003. I think I just heard this the other day, too.
SPEAKER_04No, I can't think of his first name.
SPEAKER_02I will accept last names only. Whoa. Whoa. Tom. His last name White? Yes. Jason White. Jason White. You can give if you give me you can give me last name only for names with just the last name, but if you give me both, they both have to be right. Where'd you hear that at? I thought I had Joe White in my head. I was never gonna get a tricky. Someone gonna know Tribu. I remember, I I did remember it was Jason White when I made the question, luckily, but yes. Tom, that's 800 for you. Give me a sec to add it to your score. Alrighty. Um the board is yours.
SPEAKER_04I'll go Heisman for six.
SPEAKER_02Heisman for six. This Big Ten school has the most Heisman winners with eight. Nolan.
SPEAKER_04Who is the University of Southern California?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Oh good answer, Grainy.
SPEAKER_04And that's a clever sneaky little Big Ten in there. I yeah, I was I was like, it I want to go Michigan for a second. I was like, you know what? Wait a second. I know they're saying that. All righty. We'll go hacking for four, please.
SPEAKER_02While dominating the early selections, running backs have struggled since 2000, with only three winning the award in that time period. The most recent winner was this player in 2015 from Alabama. Who is Mark Ingram? That is incorrect. Fuck Tom. Who is Trent Richardson? That is incorrect. Oh Shindle.
SPEAKER_03That was gonna be my answer. Um there's one other guy, I feel like.
SPEAKER_04I thought it wasn't this guy, that would have been too obvious. It has to be the other guy.
SPEAKER_02Shindle, your hand is raised, which means I am gonna need an answer.
SPEAKER_03Uh that was a technical glitch. I don't think the system's operating correctly. Name a bam a running back. I mean, it can it's not Eddie Lacy. That's who like that's the only one I can think of. No, no, no. That's the only one you got. Yeah, more than at this. Yeah, if I was fresh on my feet.
SPEAKER_04Nasty Bama running backs.
SPEAKER_02I'm going to blank check. I don't know. All right, Shindle. I'm gonna have to take points away for that. How many points was that? I gotta minus 400. The answer Derrick Henry.
SPEAKER_03For some reason, I didn't think Derrick Henry was that.
SPEAKER_04Mark Ingram won it though, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he definitely did. Did Trevor win it?
SPEAKER_02Derrick Henry or Mark Ingram is before Derrick Henry. Because that picture of him, you know that picture of him where he's looking up at Derrick Henry? Where he's like so short. You know what I mean? That takes place at Alabama, like Derrick Henry's in the Alabama uniform, and Mark Ingram's there as an alum. Damn it. Um, but yes.
SPEAKER_04Uh I'm starting to think Trent Richardson never won the Heisman. No, definitely not.
SPEAKER_02I'll take Heisman for two, then Chuck plays. There you go. In 2012, this player became the first freshman to win the Heisman Trophy, breaking the SEC freshman record for offensive yards in a season with more than 4,600 yards. Nolan. Who is Johnny Manzell? Who's Johnny Manzell is correct.
SPEAKER_04Chuck, I would like to go uh uh walk off wins for a thousand plays.
SPEAKER_02In the first miracle at the middle lands, this defensive back and future NFL and college football head coach recovered a fumble as the Giants were trying to run out the clock, securing a victory for the Eagles.
SPEAKER_04Tom. Who is Herm Edwards?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Herm Edwards.
SPEAKER_04Ready? How many points? How many points?
SPEAKER_02That's a thousand points. Big bagger. Wow. Alrighty. Tom, the board is yours.
SPEAKER_04We'll stick with walk-off winners for 800.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. There you go. The 2015 Michigan-Michigan State football game that ended with a muff punt and fumble recovery touchdown for the Spartans is colloquially called this after Sean McDonough's iconic call. I just hear him screaming.
SPEAKER_04I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Screaming.
SPEAKER_03Wait, so you're you're looking for the what like the McDonough call?
SPEAKER_02What yeah, he there's a specific phrase he says that this game is known as. Oh, I can just hear him.
SPEAKER_04I can hear this voice.
SPEAKER_02I'll tell you, it starts at the beginning of the play.
SPEAKER_04I think I know what the call was, but I I don't even heard it. I could just hear the voice crying.
SPEAKER_02This this is what I have always referred to this as. Alrighty. Assuming you're all giving up the answer I was looking for. Trouble with the snap.
SPEAKER_04I fumbles the snap.
SPEAKER_02Because at the beginning, they're like they're like 11 9 seconds to go. He's got trouble with the snap.
SPEAKER_01The ball is loose. Michigan State has it all the way to the end zone. He's in with no time left on the clock.
SPEAKER_04Hey, Chugger and you just Google trouble with the snap where first the iconic 15 game between them. All right. That was a great McDonough. That was a great McDonough.
SPEAKER_06Travel is gone.
SPEAKER_04Alrighty. Is it Mike Pick again?
SPEAKER_02I believe so. Yes, yes. Walk-off wins for six. All right. In the Minneapolis Miracle, this Vikings quarterback through a pass to Stefan Diggs, scored a walk-off touchdown thanks to a whiff tackle by Marcus Williams. Jindal. Who is Case Keenum? That is correct for 600 points, Jindal.
SPEAKER_03I needed that because I'm way down. Um wait, are we supposed to be keeping track of our own points? I'm keeping track of everybody's points.
SPEAKER_04Can I get a point check? Can I get a point check?
SPEAKER_02Sure, we're we're just about halfway through the first round, I believe. Um, points as they stand. Nolan at 1600. Jesse at minus 600, Tom at 2600. So Tom is in the lead. But Shindle, the board is yours. Where do you want to go?
SPEAKER_03Let's go. Let's go walk off for four.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. In game one of the 2024 World Series, this Dodgers first baseman hit a walk-off Grand Slam, echoing Kirk Gibson's famous walk-off home run in 1988.
unknownDamn it.
SPEAKER_02Nolan, because you did it after I finished reading. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Who is uh Freddie Veneers Freeman?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Another great call.
SPEAKER_04Was that for 600 or 400?
SPEAKER_02That was for 400.
SPEAKER_04I'll go walk off. Walk off for two, please.
SPEAKER_02In the kick six, Chris Davis ran Alabama's missed field goal back 109 yards to win the Iron Bowl for this team. Tom. Who is Auburn? That is correct for 200 points. Alrighty, Tom, the board is yours. We have two categories left: championship games and sports jeopardy.
SPEAKER_04Let's go sports jeopardy for a thousand, Charles. Alrighty.
SPEAKER_02The NBA finals. Only seven players have scored 50 or more points in an NBA Finals game. The most recent of which is this Buckstar to clinch the NBA the championship in 2021. Tom.
SPEAKER_04Who is Giannis Ante Tacumbo?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Alrighty. 200. That brings you to 3,000, Tom. Whoa, that was a was that oh, I thought I said that. Oh, did you say 1000? Yeah, we said. Well, we did the 200, but either way. Do you want to go to the thousand? I was gonna say I was gonna say that's a suspicious. I clicked on Bucks star. So you do you want to go to the thousand now?
SPEAKER_04Oh, we can throw it in reverse. We can go four. We can go for four.
SPEAKER_02A clean three. Three thousand. Gotcha. All right, let's go to four. More than a fever, the WNBA. The WNBA's first MV app MVP award went to Cynthia. Her last name's blocked on my thing. Cooper. Cynthia Cooper. In 1997. In 2024, its rookie of the year award went to this CC. Shindle. It was Caitlin Clark. That is correct. Alrighty.
SPEAKER_04They've been having a fun month, huh, fellas?
SPEAKER_03Oh my god. Just a WA in general. We should have a WNBA minute.
SPEAKER_04Floor's yours.
SPEAKER_03You could start.
SPEAKER_04What picture we think Enus Cantor's getting drafted? I mean, if it's not one, what are we talking about? We're all rooting for him to get drafted, right? I need to see him play in a WNBA game.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I'm good. I'm good.
SPEAKER_04Ah, Chuck, come on. You wouldn't watch that, Chuck?
SPEAKER_02I would not watch that. I don't watch now. Chuck can't go. Chuck's on the leash. I'm a classic. I look at the box score and make my judgments. Chuck's afraid to speak his mind. All right.
SPEAKER_03Shindel, the board is yours. That's a big media for. Yep. I'll go uh let's go championship games for two, please. Oh, switch to the category.
SPEAKER_02Uh let's see what's going on over there. Championship games for 200. The BCS, the first BC, or the last, I should say, BCS National Championship game was between these two teams after the 2013 season at the Rose Bowl. Tom.
SPEAKER_04Who is Auburn in Florida State?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Great game.
SPEAKER_04Dream, you remember watching that? Like two years ago, we threw that on.
SPEAKER_02I will say, um, just for your guys' sake, uh all these the championship games will have like it both the answer will acquire both teams. Wow. Obviously, it was it was like that for the first one, you know what I mean? But like good no it's it's listed in each question with that like it's looking for both teams, but just and that's why we take a break from sports jeopardy to see what's going on in championship.
SPEAKER_04That's why we start sniffing around championship games.
SPEAKER_02That's right. Alrighty, Tom, the board's yours.
SPEAKER_04Let's go sports jeopardy for six. Let's go sports jeopardy for six.
SPEAKER_02That's fine with me. Sports Jeopardy for six. Bait basketball the hyphenated this hyphenated type of brawl has every player out of both dugouts onto the field. This hyphenated type of brawl has every player out of both dugouts on the field. And the categories of baseball, the answer will start with a B. Tom. What is benches clearing brawl? Yeah, a bench clearing brawl is correct. 600 for Tom, and we're at he's at 3800. Tom, where would you like to go? We'll stick a sports jeopardy, Chuck. Alrighty. Doing good number 800. Super Bowl set list. So there's three songs I need you to give me the artist: Only Girl in the World, Rude Boy, and Run This Town. Nolan.
SPEAKER_04I'll take uh Who is Rihanna?
SPEAKER_02Who is Rihanna is correct for 800.
SPEAKER_04Let's uh let's do championship games for eight, please. Chuck.
SPEAKER_02Championship games for eight. Okay. Back and forth. This year, PSG became the first team to win back-to-back Champions League titles since 2018 when this Spanish club defeated this English club. 50-50 shot fellas. Shindle. It was Real Madrid. First defeated which English club? Oh fuck.
SPEAKER_03Uh is it Man City? That is incorrect. Whatever. Stupid game.
SPEAKER_04Who is uh who is Real Madrid beat Manchester United?
SPEAKER_02That is incorrect. Tom, would you like to wait your guess?
SPEAKER_04Who is Real Madrid versus Tottenham?
SPEAKER_02All three incorrect. Tough tough the answer. Real Madrid defeated Liverpool. Real Madrid, contrivia.
SPEAKER_04That was an eight-bagger. That was an eight-bagger. Everyone goes.
SPEAKER_02That was an eight-bagger. Nolan, it is still your board.
SPEAKER_04I'll go uh I'll go championship games for a thousand, please. Chuck.
SPEAKER_02In 1994, the previous time the U.S. hosted the men's FIFA World Cup, the final featured this South American team defeating this European side. Based on the blank stares and silence of Shindle.
SPEAKER_04Just for fun. I'll take a guess, and if it's right, I'll be like, oh. I mean, there's it's definitely not. Um yeah, hey, I don't want to hey, that's on me. I'll take a step back. We had nothing. Alrighty. The answer I'll give versus Germany.
SPEAKER_02Still defeats Italy. Thank God it's not a good thing. Still defeats Italy.
SPEAKER_04I'm gonna hit him with a Uruguay. All right, let's get out of there. Let's go uh sports jept. Let's go sports jeopardy for uh a thousand, please, Chuck.
SPEAKER_02Sports Jeopardy for a thousand. Sports and movies final. This was a final jeopardy question. In 2026, a New Year's Day college football game featured these two team names that are both Gene Hackman movie titles. I'm sure this is a bad mascot question. Like the mascot of the team? No, just the the uh yes, yes. This would be the the mascot of the or the you know the you know the mountaineer on the Nittany Lions. Right, correct. Okay, 2026, a New Year's Day college football game featured these two team names. I know they are both Gene Hackman movie titles Nolan.
SPEAKER_04Green went on mute there for a second. Yeah, I know that's a little fishy business going on. I was firing buttons.
SPEAKER_03I know one I know one of them. I can't think of the other one.
SPEAKER_04I mean, wait, the game featured both sides. Your hands raised, Greeny. I don't know. It's Hoosier's. Yeah, and they beat the Alabama Crimson Tide.
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Crimson Tide and Hoosiers is the answer we were looking for. Hoosier's the classic basketball movie. Crimson Tide is a great military thriller featuring Gene and Denzel facing.
SPEAKER_04I thought both names combined into one movie title. I thought Hoosiers wasn't even close. You're trying to do a you're trying, you're trying to do a White Sox Dave Portnoy, if you will. Kinda.
SPEAKER_02Or uh those are usually referred to as the before and afters, where it's like um training day of the dead. You know what I mean? Like for a movie title or something like that.
SPEAKER_04I'll go uh champion for four, please.
SPEAKER_02Championship games for 400. Super Bowl 60 was played between these two teams. I'm so bad with Super Bowl numbers. Super Bowl 60 was played between that could have been this year, that could have been five years more.
SPEAKER_04I have no idea. I have no idea.
SPEAKER_03I mean, fuck it. I got nothing to lose. I think it was this year. Chindle? Was it Pat's uh Seahawks? Seattle Seahawks.
SPEAKER_02That's tough. That is that is point. Schindle swoops in for that one.
SPEAKER_04I mean, you at least got like merch that says that. I don't got any merch that says it has that on it.
SPEAKER_02All right, Chindle. Last question of the of First Jeopardy championship games for 600. The first Super Bowl was played after the 1996 seasons for the AFL and NFL and featured these two teams. Oh my god. Oh my god. I know one of them.
SPEAKER_04Um who is the Chiefs and the Packers?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. The Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs. Fun fact, it is the Chiefs head coach, uh Lamar Hunt. Who's the honor?
SPEAKER_04I did a report on him in uh in college.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I can't remember the coach's name off the top of my head, but he's the one that came up with the name Super Bowl. Do you know how he came up with it? His kids was playing with a Super Bowl, which was like a rubber like bouncy ball, essentially, and he was like, well, and he just like clicked for him like super ball or super bowl.
SPEAKER_04Oh, yeah. Some question was that the 400 or did that was 600.
SPEAKER_02That was 600. Yeah, strong mission. All right, we that is the end of good round at the end of the first round. Here are the are the scores. Shindle has negative six hundred. Nolan has three thousand. Didn't he didn't Shindle just get one? Yes, he was at minus one, but remember he raised his hand for one.
SPEAKER_03Well, I got banged on the Real Madrid question.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Um, and Tom, you have 3,600, so you are in the lead, a narrow lead over Nolan. What's green going? 3,000. 34. Third 3,000 even. And you've got 3,600. All right, we're moving on to double jeopardy where the categories are all-star games, buzzer beaters, those will all be specifically uh either NBA or college basketball, college towns, and NCA rivalry games outside the big four, and the last coder I core again making a return, real Jeopardy. Just some real Jeopardy questions. Standard Jeopardy questions. Alrighty, where would you guys like to begin? Um, since Shindle is in third, he gets control of the board to start. Go uh Rivalry Games for eight. Rivalry Games for 800. Uh, give me a second. Wellwival rivalry. Rivalry games for 800. The Floyd of Rosedale. Nolan.
SPEAKER_04Chuck, what is Iowa versus Minnesota?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Iowa versus Minnesota. Eh? 800 for Nolan to start. The board is still yours, Nolan. Where do you want to get it?

SPEAKER_04I was in Florida. I was in California.
SPEAKER_02Oh smoked Route One runs through Delaware? There's a there's it's a state route. Isn't Big Sir Route 1? If you uh you're thinking like a well I'm thinking of Highway One, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Highway one. I went war on I-4s in Florida, so I just went down there. Right, but this wasn't I like this. This is state it's like how Fairview Gerard's route to the war route 20.
SPEAKER_02Backyard brawl. Exactly. Alrighty, uh, Tom, the board is still yours.

SPEAKER_04I'm just gonna get I think I'm gonna get banged on a technicality.
SPEAKER_03Schindle. I don't know if this is correct, but I'm just throwing a guess. Uh what is WhatsApp?

SPEAKER_02Outside the big four for sixteen. Oh, no, no, no. The New York Atlas are the most recent champions of this league. Shindle. What is the PLL? Oh, look. PLL. You naughty little boy.
SPEAKER_03Little PLL. Outside the Big Four for two, please.
SPEAKER_02Outside the Big Four for two. In the Chase era of NASCAR, also known as the playoff era, which started in 2004. This driver has the most wins. Now give me a second here because I have to once again look at my thing, make sure I've got the answer. Boys all fired up the hands of Feeling Ghost.
SPEAKER_04Didn't expect NASCAR to get three straight ups.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty, Nolan.
SPEAKER_04Chuck, who is Jimmy Johnson?
SPEAKER_02That is correct. Jimmy Johnson is the answer for 2000. Take it outside the Big Four for eight, please, Chuck. Outside the Big Four for 800 points. The Toronto Argonauts have won this trophy, awarded to the CFL champions, the most of any current franchise in the league. Tom. What is the gray cup? That is correct. The gray cup spelled with an E. Good nugget.
SPEAKER_04Did Tom specify that? Good nugget. It's pronounced gray.
SPEAKER_02It's pronounced gray.
SPEAKER_04Tom said with an A.
SPEAKER_02It it actually technically for English doesn't even matter, but for it it's good. All right. The board is yours. Let's go All-Star Games for eight. All-star games for eight. From 1979 to 2015, the traditional home of the Pro Bowl was this state. Tom. What is Hawaii? That is correct. Hawaii. 800 points for Tom. Alrighty, Tom. All-Star Games for 12. All-Star Games for 12. While Wayne Gretzky has the most points scored in the NHL All-Star game, this player has the most appearances with 23. Nolan. That is incorrect.
SPEAKER_03I have a guess, but I don't even know if they did all-star games back then.
SPEAKER_04Tell me Jagger didn't play in 23 All-Star games? I just don't have any context of who played for 23 years in the NHL. Probably 20 years.
SPEAKER_03How much? How many points is this worth?
SPEAKER_02This is uh 12.
SPEAKER_0312, I believe. I'm good. Alrighty. The answer was Gordy Howe. God damn it, that was gonna be my guess. Alrighty. Yarmy Yauger. Only 10 time All-Star?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, not a that's a that's that was a horrendous guess, apparently. 13 short. Gordy Howe.
SPEAKER_01Had the years, had the years.
SPEAKER_0313 All-Star games short.
unknownJesus Christ.
SPEAKER_03And Gordy Howe played with his grandson.
SPEAKER_04Whoa! Dom the board started. Hockey will do that. Hockey'll have some of those random weird goodness. Let's go. All-star games for 2000s, Chuck. I'm not gonna fall victim to your clicker hover.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty, 2000. This player is the only one in MLB All-Star Game history to get it inside the park home run. Absolutely not. Alrighty. Based on again, the silence, I'm guessing that we're gonna take a swing at this. The answer: Ichiro Suzuki. Ichiro Suzuki, the only player to have an inside the park home run at the MLB All-Star Game. Alright, Tom, this board is still yours. Go All-Star Games for 16. Alrighty. This franchise has the most MLB All-Star Game MVPs with sticks, with six. Random fact. Shindle.
SPEAKER_03Who are the Yankees?
SPEAKER_02That is incorrect. What a random fact. And any Tom Nolan, would you like to wager a guess? No, no idea. The answer is the Baltimore Orioles.
SPEAKER_04No, I wasn't gonna guess it.
SPEAKER_02That is a game, that is an answer I learned at trivia. At my trivia, they asked that question.
SPEAKER_04Next time we do this, can we get a Chuck's trivia category? Like real trivia questions from your trivia? Sure, sure.
SPEAKER_02If I could, if I could, yeah, I will do a uh next next year or next time we do this, I'll I'll try and write down some of the more interesting questions.
SPEAKER_03We should just do a whole Jeopardy of Real Jeopardy. That'd be bad. I think I found my wheelhouse.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. Uh go uh real jeopardy for four, Chuck. Real Jeopardy for four. Bangers with a Justin Bieber's first top five hit in Justin Bieber's top first top five hit. He repeats this title word more than 50 times. Nolan. Chuck, what is baby? That is correct. So that is 400 for Nolan. I'll go uh outside the big four for four, please. Outside the big four for four. In 2024, the XFL and USFL merged to form this new spring football league. Jindle. What is this? The UFL that is correct. The UFL. Is that Rapoli? Huh?
SPEAKER_04Is that Rapoli?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, they are Jindle. College towns for four.
SPEAKER_02Nicknamed the Little Apple. Its population is estimated to be around 54,100. There's about a hundred well, that's about 157 times smaller than New York City. Tom. What is Manhattan, Kansas? That is correct. 400 points for Tom. Alrighty, Tom. Rivalry games for four. Rivalry games for four. Eggbowl. Tom. Who's Mississippi State? Ole Miss. Ole Miss and Mississippi State. That is correct. And the last cat last question of Double Jeopardy. All-star games for 400. This player has the most selections to the NBA All-Star Game. Tom. Who is LeBron? LeBron James is correct. Alrighty. Heading into Final Jeopardy, the scores are in third place, Jesse with 5,400. Nolan in second with 11,200. And Tom in first with 16,200. Final Jeopardy. The category is Super Bowl venues. Super Bowl venues. You can just text me. Text me your wagers each. I'm just I'm all in.
SPEAKER_03Come on, Tom, live a little.
SPEAKER_01Actually, can I do um sixteen thousand one hundred and ninety-nine, please?
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. I have the wagers, and here we go. We write this down.
SPEAKER_03We're just texting the answer to Chuck as well. I thought I was texting it to you.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, might as well. I guess you might as well. And I'll read the answers out loud and then reveal. You know what I mean? Yeah. We've got 30 seconds.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Let's do a minute. Let's do a minute. Let's say you usually get a nice.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. Ready? The clue is this stadium has hosted the Super Bowl the most, hosting eight times, including Super Bowl 59 between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles. You have one minute. Looking for the name of the barn, not the city. Correct. We're looking for the venue. Oh, and I'm fine. The category with Super Bowl venues. We are looking for the name of the stadium. This stadium.
SPEAKER_04Sponsorship and all.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Uh well, just give me the uh if that's since this stadium just give me the name of the stadium.
SPEAKER_04My bad, tough question.
SPEAKER_02I'm not trying to 20 seconds. Where was that game at? 10 seconds. I'm gonna need a text soon. I'm blanking. Five. Four three, two, one. Shindle, no answer. I got nothing. Alrighty. Both Nolan and Tom gave me the same answer. Oh. The New Orleans Superdome. That is correct. Caesars is the current sponsor, but I would say Superdome is what I'm saying. I don't know, Chuck. You said the full name. Either way, whether you counted it or not.
SPEAKER_04Neither one of them didn't say Caesars. The green, you say Caesars? I said we're on the Superdome.
SPEAKER_03So we're all at zero, so we have to adjust that.
SPEAKER_02Nolan. So if let's say I'm I'm accepting it as a correct answer. Nolan would double his points to 22,400. Tom adds 16,000 to make his 32,200. Even if he got it wrong, which both of you would have gotten it wrong, Tom risked 16,000, which would have left Nolan with zero, Shinda with zero, and Tom with 200, which makes Tom the winner of today's Jeopardy. Congratulations, Tom. Thank you, boys.
SPEAKER_04Thank you, Chuck. What a game. Great trivia. Great trivia. Clap it up, clap it up. Great trivia, Chuck.
SPEAKER_02Thank you, thank you, thank you.
SPEAKER_04The capital college town is unbelievable. Wow. I I um if I don't answer Lincoln, am I winning? No, I still know.
SPEAKER_02No, I think it doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_04I looked at it. I still lost.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I mean, it was the um because like yeah, you would it would have been it would have been tough to pull to get back into range once tom started climbing, once he hit his daily double. It was tough.
SPEAKER_01But yeah.
SPEAKER_07Well thank you.
SPEAKER_04Thank you. Thank you guys. Thank you, Charles. Thank you, Charles. Awesome.
SPEAKER_02Alrighty. Any final words? I think that's all I got for trivia as far as um you guys watching any preseason?
SPEAKER_03Nah. Oh, who gets fired up for the preseason? It's useless. Imagine getting way too fired up for your quarterback backup quarterbacks. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_04I couldn't see that happening.
SPEAKER_02Oh. Couldn't be me.
SPEAKER_03I saw you're getting new jerseys, Chuck.
SPEAKER_02Sure. I'm sure they're a very boring variant of what we already have, which is fine. It's probably just another rendition of a black jersey. Exactly. Alrighty, anything else? Any other sports topics we got on the mind, boys?
SPEAKER_04Well, Little League World Series. Anybody diving into that?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04I can't. Uh did the Vince Carter throat slash round of third. Yeah, it's fun. About the Dodgers, huh?
SPEAKER_03They've been playing pretty bad since the trade deadline, haven't they? No, I'm saying the that story that came out. Did you see that story, Chuck? No, what happened. About the owner? Oh, yeah, Mark Walter. Yeah, he's the Lakers, right?
SPEAKER_02Well, his whole thing is about to like come down.
SPEAKER_03He's basically writing himself loans from his own companies, and now he can't pay said loans. You aren't allowed to do that. Shockingly. I know. And it's insurance too, which is even more sketchy.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, he like sold the Lakers like six months after buying them. Yep. And still made like, I don't know, a couple hundred million.
SPEAKER_02And he's selling his stake in Chelsea. Like he's selling all his sports ownership, essentially. Including the Dodgers. Uh, well, he's only like a part owner or whatever, but like, yeah, he's probably gonna have to sell his stake in that next.
SPEAKER_04How about the the Kawhi uh Steve Ballmer stuff?
SPEAKER_02That's Scott Free, right?
SPEAKER_04No, I thought I saw something the other day. They're looking investigating Ballmer.
SPEAKER_02They were investigating him, and now they're saying that the the ESPN report the other day was that quote, um, the NBA has not currently found any or whatever against Steve Ballmer. But in the R in the article, they also said that like the NBA and uh the Clippers were negotiating about like the settlement of the investigation, essentially. Pablo Torre was like, you know, that's probably not a good thing, you know. Oh, I'm investigating you. Well, why don't we reach a deal instead? Well, there's something with like a soccer team in Rhode Island or something that he was an invest that Kawhi was an investor in, yes, and also did nothing for.
SPEAKER_04And like the governor of Rhode Island's like sitting court side of Clippers games. Yep. Oh, I did see that stuff. Yeah, in in the soccer uniform that like Kawhi was like getting paid for or something like that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, which Bill said I think Bill Simmons pointed out the three things that were don't sit right is A, you can't justify how you how you gonna say nothing was wrong when Aspiration paid him all this money, literally never did anything. B like the idea that like um Uncle the his Uncle Dennis was like on the record, involved in everything, and was asking for extra stuff. And C, at the end, like they're in the middle, all this heat comes up, and they're like, okay, we're gonna trade him back to Toronto, who is should have been the most pissed out of anybody because they're the ones trying to keep Kwai, they just won a championship. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And we're gonna trade them like now, like I yeah. Did they trade for him or did they sign him? No, they traded for him. The trade hasn't gone through because of the investigation. They had to give stuff up though. Yeah. Kind of wild. Yeah, it is. Other than that, I'm just getting ready for fantasy season.
SPEAKER_04Clay Thompson to the heat, that popped up on my phone today.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the Mavs bought him out, and then DeMar DeRozan signing with the Nuggets. Not every day you do you get to sign Michael Jordan.
SPEAKER_04It's a great day to be a Nuggets fan.
SPEAKER_02After they traded Peyton Watson to the Cavs. Sounds like an upgrade.
unknownRight?
SPEAKER_02Peyton, am I saying Peyton Watson right? That's a guy.
SPEAKER_04That's a guy. Yeah, I mean, this is just this is just dead time.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I mean, we're just waiting for that creep of September to pop up for Labor Day.
SPEAKER_04We're eight days away from week zero. I'm about to say, what is it? Is it next Saturday? Yeah, yeah. This weekend, this weekend's a lot of FCS stuff. The next weekend is actually Saturday, August 29th. The Hearst kicks off. Oh. Is Ferris State playing this week? Schindle, you want to go? Mercy Hearst. Mercy Hurst.
SPEAKER_06Youngstown State Thursday night special.
SPEAKER_04Youngstown. Wow. Actually, I got an actual random game for you. Pittsburgh Central Catholic is hosting some like sick team from New Jersey for their first game. Oh, hell yeah. When's that?
SPEAKER_03I don't know. Bethel Park's supposed to be really good.
SPEAKER_04Pittsburgh Central Catholic's entire O-line is going powerful.
SPEAKER_03Oh god, they're a bunch of hogs.
SPEAKER_04The left tackle is going to like Notre Dame, the center's going to like Penn State, the right tackle's going to like Ohio State. And then the guards are like younger, but they got like six power four offers. Yeah, they're sick.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, they're supposed to be good. I think Upper St. Clair's gonna be pretty good this year. I'm not sure about LIBO.
SPEAKER_04They're playing Bergen Catholic.
SPEAKER_03Bergen Catholic. Where are they based on? It's from New Jersey.
SPEAKER_04That's awesome. Friday the 28th. It's in Pittsburgh.
SPEAKER_03Friday. Oh, that's next Friday. I will not be in town.
SPEAKER_04Tough. Tough. I don't know where they're playing this thing. It's where sexual path looks like in the middle of the city. I don't know where they play the game. What else we got, fellas? You want your WMBA minute, Shindle? I think. I just maybe I got ball sacked. Sophie Cunningham threw up a snail tonight. 15 minutes, zero points, zero rebounds, zero stats, zero everything. I think I see.
SPEAKER_03Did I see there was another Did I see there was another dildo on the court?
SPEAKER_02I don't think so.
SPEAKER_03You might that's gonna be a ball.
SPEAKER_04There's just another dildo did not come across my desk.
SPEAKER_03There's a video like, I mean, I got ball sacked. And Teresa was like pointing into the crowd. That was because she saw the dildo, but I guess it was wrong.
SPEAKER_02Nolan, that was last night, not tonight. Last night, 15 minutes, zero points, zero rebounds, zero assists. Only a three. One foul. One foul.
SPEAKER_04Only a minus three.
SPEAKER_02That's a good.
SPEAKER_04I didn't realize she came off the bench.
SPEAKER_02Lexi Hall starts, but she comes off the bench.
SPEAKER_04All this hooplaw for a bench player?
SPEAKER_02Kelsey Mitchell's had her 21st straight game with 20 plus points, which is I believe a WNBA record.
SPEAKER_03And they probably didn't advertise at all.
SPEAKER_04I need the fever in the finals. Just for the chaos.
SPEAKER_03That would ruin Duran's year.
SPEAKER_04That would be tough. Uh fantasy draft this weekend, fellas?
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_04What day is that? Sunday. Sunday uh night. Sure. Sunday night. Sunday night, eight o'clock. Sunday at eight. We got uh breaking news. Uh Joey's uh kids are gonna be picking the draft order tomorrow afternoon.
SPEAKER_03Woohoo! You said you were getting cornbread, bitch.
SPEAKER_04It wasn't in the budget. We'll take donations. So there's donations for a cornbread. Honestly, for a 16-person league, we could get that pretty quickly. Should have jumped on it a week ago. Yeah, she's busy now. She's she's out of town. I don't know how quick that turnaround is.
SPEAKER_03It's not yeah, it's not quick anymore. I hope she turns around.
SPEAKER_04I hope she doesn't.
SPEAKER_03You're so sick, right? Yeah, I've got a fever.
SPEAKER_04Some cornbread. Boys, anything? Anything? This is stalled out pretty quick.
SPEAKER_01I know.
SPEAKER_03Welcome to August 21st. Welcome, yeah. Welcome to mid-August.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, just any college any college football preseason bets?
SPEAKER_04Chuck, I don't know if you listen to the last episode. I gave a 37 win totals.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I I made it through like two hours, I think, of the that episode.
SPEAKER_04Good for you. You got shouted out four times. Um what's your favorite one, Greeny? What's your second favorite one? What's your favorite non-UConn? Oh, uh I like UConn under, I like Washington State over. I like uh a lot of things.
SPEAKER_02I have USC under eight and a half.
SPEAKER_04The system. Love the system. Even though I'm on like four of the system teams overs, in Texas.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04AP poll dropped.
SPEAKER_02Let's AP top 25. Um, here we go. I mean, the top five got nothing really to say. Ohio State, Oregon, Georgia, Notre Dame, Texas. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Like a definitive top seven. I like how Indiana got eight first place votes, and there's still six. Which means somebody has them like 20th.
SPEAKER_02I mean, yeah. Yeah. Um, like AM. I don't know what to believe with them. I don't think they're gonna be that good. Or I like it as well. But I like there. I like Mike Elko a lot. And I don't know. I just think Marcel Reed is may have peaked. That's my concern.
SPEAKER_03Marcel Reed. Connor Wegman. That's gonna be fun.
SPEAKER_02Ole Miss. Can we can you do it in the regular season? That's just the question. Can P. Holding do it in the regular season? Um Oklahoma. I you really gotta believe in John Mateer. I think they just think that John Mateer was hurt for most of last season and that if he was fully healthy, they'd just be this unsemble force. I'm like, I don't know. LSU, I just gotta see it. I just gotta see it.
SPEAKER_04Um, LSU could go 11 and 1 or 6 and 6.
SPEAKER_02Right. Tech, I really that's a that's a team I'm ready to fade. I just think Will Hammond, that could just go south so quick.
SPEAKER_04I like Alabama.
SPEAKER_02I don't know how to feel about Alabama at this point. So many people are down on them.
SPEAKER_04I love their schedule. Georgia at home, AM at home. They have two LSU, two Tennessee. Outside of that, they got Vandy, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Kentucky. And Auburn. I don't see how they're not 10 and 2, 9 and 3.
SPEAKER_02How do you feel about Texas Tech under 10 and a half wins at plus 186?
SPEAKER_04The roster's too good. Who's gonna beat them?
SPEAKER_02Tommy Castellanos, that quarterback's gonna beat him. Let's see, Houston could beat them.
SPEAKER_04It's at home though.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the problem is all their tough games. On the road at Oklahoma State November 14th is interesting, depending on how Oklahoma State looks. TCU, but that's again at home.
SPEAKER_04I wish they had a tough non-con game earlier. It's got nothing. Abilene, Christian, Oregon State, and Sam Houston. And they get Colorado, and they get Cincinnati, they get us. They get Baylor. No Utah, no K-State, no BYU.
SPEAKER_02Man, Iowa State's winning total is four and a half.
SPEAKER_04Iowa State's bad.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. That's a tough situation.
SPEAKER_04Did that guy win the starter, Greeny? The Arkansas State kid?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, right. I haven't seen anything too well at all, but they could lose to Bowling Green, right? Iowa State, you think?
SPEAKER_04I don't know anything about Bowling Green. Who's their coach? They got an old famous player.
SPEAKER_02Because Iowa State starts SEMO, I Iowa, and Bowling Green before they go into Big 12. And if they lose they're gonna lose to Iowa. It's at Iowa, Zach Kidding. If they lose to Bowling Green, there's no way they get their win total. There's no way they get at that point. They would have to get five Big 12 wins.
SPEAKER_04Looking at the others receiving votes.
SPEAKER_02What do we got?
SPEAKER_04Virginia and Western Michigan got the same amount of votes.
SPEAKER_02That's crazy. What does Western Michigan have?
SPEAKER_04One. No, like who? I have no idea. Shindo, what are your thoughts on Western Michigan?
SPEAKER_03I think. How about those Utah State throwback helmets, huh? That's what I was gonna say. You remember the name McKay Hillstead, gunslinger? McKay Hillstead? Yep, he's a gunslinger.
SPEAKER_04What is it? Minus 20,000? That guy ends up on your fantasy roster Sunday night?
SPEAKER_03Probably. Be on my bench, but he's a tall drink of water. Used to, he was he was on Utah State left, and now he's back. He's a fun little guy. Big guy. Big arm, big heart.
SPEAKER_02I'm ready to fade Mazoo. I am as well. Under six and a half wins?
SPEAKER_04This thing says McKay. You say he's a big guy? I thought he was. I'm looking at Wikipedia. It says he's 5'10, 195.
SPEAKER_05I mean, that's pretty big.
SPEAKER_04Big for some.
SPEAKER_05Big for some. Yeah. 5'10. I mean, that's he's it bet you says he's six feet on his driver's license. Because I sure do.
SPEAKER_04He looks thick in his uh in his teammates. I also say, he's he's a big boy. He looks thick. Yeah. It's a stocky 510. He's fun.
SPEAKER_02Oh boy.
SPEAKER_04Alright. Anything else, boys?
SPEAKER_02I got nothing else.
SPEAKER_04Nothing else. Where do you rub his nipples? What was that? Scratching. Your nipples are up on your shoulder? I didn't say I was scratching my nipples. Alright, boys. Thank you. Thank you, Chuck. Great job, very trivia. Great job for you, Chuck. Thank you, Trivia. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you, boys. Thank you, Green. Thank you, Channel.
